Long time no see
Ahhh.. I miss you iSwat..its been such a long time, haven't been hanging out with you.. been so busy.. with family around and not work.. i start work in two hours..but i am so so so lazy to move from this lovely soft cozy cough.. need some motivation..
i want to go on a vacation. somewhere fun.. I have the same old life.. need variations everyday. haha.. alright. i gotta go now.. catch you later..

A PAIR OF SHOES
Inside a tea-coffee room in the middle of night. Pink socks. Untied shoelaces flutter.
INT. ROOM - NIGHT
A female figure sittig on the couch, looking disturbed, different medical bottles lying around.
EVA (18), lock of hair cranking looking at the wall clock. Picks up the bottle of rat poison.
MICHAEL (O.S.)
Got a light?
She turns to agape at MICHAEL (18), elbows on couch handles,
cigarette dangling from his lips, enjoying the sight of the room
EVA
How did you get here?
MICHAEL
Same way you did.
EVA
I locked that door.
He smiles. Puts the smoke away.
MICHAEL
You locked a lot of doors.
EVA
Why are you here?
MICHAEL
To help you unlock them.
Her quizzical stare is fixed on him.
EVA
And what makes you think you can
help me, hero?
He rolls up his sleeves, shoM`wing her the deep cut scars on
his wrists.
MICHAEL
I stood where you stand.
EVA
(mockingly)
Oh I get it. So we, like, have a
connection, right?
MICHAEL
Did anyone tell you that those
trousers make your ass look fat?
She gmichaels at her trousers. And stares back at him.
EVA
Screw you.
MICHAEL
See? I can also be mean. That’s a
connection.
EVA
Whatever, hero. Just leave me
alone.
MICHAEL
Give me five minutes. Then I’m
gone.
EVA
I’ll give you two.
She checks her watch.
EVA
At nine, I’ll show you how it’s
done.
He checks his watch.
MICHAEL
That’ll give me about one.
EVA
You wasted your first minute
checking out my ass.
He chuckles.
MICHAEL
You look smart. I don’t think you’d
be sitting there if things weren’t
really fucked up. But I gotta warn
you. It doesn’t get any better
where you’re going.
EVA
No one knows where I’m going.
MICHAEL
I lost a lot of blood when I slit
my wrists. I was gone for a whole
minute before the doctors brought
me back. I saw where you’re going.
EVA
So, where I’m going? Somewhere hot?
MICHAEL
Somewhere cold. The Black Rose
Garden. Coldest place ever. The
place for your kind.
EVA
My kind? What kind?
MICHAEL
Sinner’s kind.
EVA
That’s everyone’s kind.
MICHAEL
No. Sins can be forgiven, if you
got time to repent of them. But
that won’t be your case.
He gmichaels down at the floor.
MICHAEL
The fall’s long. But not that long.
He walks to her, extending his hand.
MICHAEL
The garden sucks so much that it’ll
make you miss whoever’s beating
you. Trust me.
She stares at his hand.Her breath
quickens.
EVA
It was cool meeting you. I mean
that. But there’s only one side of
this life that scares me. Your
side.
She closes her eyes. And steps off!
Michael dashes close to her and looks down.
His wide eyes reflect her falling body.
EXT. BLACK ROSE GARDEN – DAY
An eye opens. Letting out a tear. That freezes instantly.
Eva lies on a field of black roses. Pale and shivering
violently. Breath steams forth from her gasping mouth.
She struggles to her feet, hugging herself for warmth, mouth
Agape as she looks up:
Sunbeams break through the cloudy sky, falling on a misty
field of black roses that extends as far as the eye can see.
She spots Michael, standing meters away from her, also
shivering and hugging himself.
EVA
Doctors didn’t bring you back, did
they? Why did you lie to me?
MICHAEL
It’s hard to believe in ghosts
until you become one.
Her face contorts in pain.
EVA
Oh my god, the c-cold. It hurts.
MICHAEL
And it gets worse every day.
She paces towards him - her foot steps on a rose.
MICHAEL
Careful with those. They may look
like roses. But they’re much more.
He kneels to picks one: Dead. Closed tight and withered.
MICHAEL
This one is you. It furl to avoid
sunlight when you started thinking
of jumping. It died when you
jumped.
EVA
How do you know that?
MICHAEL
Same happened to my rose.
She shivers and coughs.
EVA
Tell me there’s a way out of here.
His finger points behind her, she turns to see...
A high endless wall with a glass entrance.
Blinding golden hits the doors.
EVA
It looks so... warm.
MICHAEL
But it’s locked and only The
watchman has the key. He runs this
place.
EVA
But you got out. You were at my coffee tea room.
MICHAEL
That was temporary. The gate is the
only real way out. And The watchman
won’t open it for us.
EVA
Why?
MICHAEL
We owe him.
EVA
What?
He hands her the dead flower.
MICHAEL
A rose.
She stares at the withered rose.
EVA
How do we pay him back?
INT. BATHROOM – NIGHT
Trembling fingers press a gleaming razorblade against a
wrist.
GIRL (18), kneeling on the floor, holding the razorblade.
EVA (O.S.)
I wouldn’t do that.
She turns and gapes at Eva, standing by the door.
GIRL
I locked that door.
EVA
You locked a lot of doors.
